There was actually some good news out of Texas in the wake of an abysmal night for Team Liberal Progressive.
One the ballot in the City of Dallas was a proposed addition of a nondiscrimination proposition that would add several classes to its city charter.
Proposition 4 if passed would add in addition to sexual orientation and gender identity and expression, color, age, marital status, genetic characteristics, national original, disability, and military or veteran status
Dallas already prohibited discrimination against city employees based on sexual
orientation and gender identity and expression in its equal employment
When all 430 precincts reported in, 77% of the city voted to pass Proposition 4.
