TERF's Now Come In The Sellout Kneegrow Variety

One of the things I'm consistently amused by is the lengths the TERF's will go to hate on little ol' truth telling about their azzes me.

They know that I will swiftly point out their TERF ranks are chock full of predominately white stuck in the 70's females with massive privilege, a boulder sized rock on their shoulders, and mad they weren't born as white men with the power to oppress people at the same level.

They have tried and failed to confront me over the years because they are similar in their thought processes to right wing Republicans in that they are stuck in reciting their convoluted devoid of logic dogma.  I have over a decade of practice in deconstructing their BS while giving zero phucks calling them out as they cry tasty vanilla flavored White Women's Tears.

So they tried a new tactic and sent the TERF Kneegrow Auxiliaries after yours truly. 

Seriously?  If Moni gives zero phucks in calling you white womyn gone wild out, what made you think I was gonna go easy on your Kneegrow TERF Auxiliaries?

The first one was someone I used to know in the Louisville progressive activist community who went to the Hart, MI Hatefest, stepped on 'The Land' and is now spouting their rhetoric.  She complained in a post I had written on my FB page a month ago that 'TERF was a slur', and I patiently tried to point out to Tanisha it wasn't.

You're probably driving to The Land for the last MichFest, so let me repeat it for you once again.

TERF stands for Trans Exterminationalist (Exclusionary) Radical Feminist, and it is a truth in advertising label created by feminists tired of y'all so called 'gender critical feminists' contaminating their brand.

You don't like the TERF description, take it up with your fellow feminists. If you don't want to be called a TERF, there's a simple pathway to follow to not be called one.  Don't emulate their reprehensible behavior or spout their transphobic rhetoric and we trans folks won't have to call you out about it. 

Am I happy this is the last MichFest?  You damned skippy!   I and other trans women are gleefully celebrating the self inflicted demise of an event that was founded by a longtime trans oppressor and transphobe in Lisa Vogel.   It unfortunately was molded in her TERF image to train cis women like you to hate trans people.

And I'm saddened you drank the TERF Kool-Aid.

If you are too clueless as a Black woman to not see the over four decades of TERF oppression of trans womyn (or are deliberately choosing to ignore it) and side with white womyn stuck in the 70's that hate your Black behind, too then you can exit my Facebook page and never speak to me again.

The second kneegrow I'm about to put on blast is one I was warned about by Diwa Cain, one of my Seattle based BTAC brothers.  He shot me a Facebook message a month ago expressing his concerns about Jaqueline Sephora Andrews, a local Black(?)  trans woman who has been saying some jacked up anti-trans crap that has him and other Seattle area trans leaders concerned .

Andrews calls herself a 'gender critical transwoman' which is the latest TERF speak codeword for " I'm gonna be as transphobic as I wanna be."   The fact a trans woman calls herself that is laughable and mind numbingly delusional at best.

Andrews has attacked and repeatedly misgendered Caitlyn Jenner, thrown barbs at Janet Mock up to calling her a misogynist, expressed support for anti-trans bathroom bills and leveled an attack at Jazz Jennings and by extension all trans kids by claiming that their parents allowing them and other trans kids to transition is child abuse. 

And she got my attention and subsequently got on my bad side by misgendering moi and Fallon Fox on Twitter.  That's NOT a place you need to or should ever want to be.

If you wanted my attention, you self hating rhymes with itch, now your cookie chomping sellout ass has got it, sir.. Caitlyn, Janet and Jazz and her family are going to take the high road and ignore your azz. 

I'm going WMMA on your clueless Uncle Ruckus wannabe behind  

One thing I despise more than racists and human rights oppressors is kneegrow sellouts who collude with them for whatever reason.   And I damned sure don't like Jaqueline, an (alleged) Black trans woman gleefully spouting TERF rhetoric.   It's especially problematic that you're doing so on your two bit three hit so-called blog that I'm not even going to link to for your TERF/HBS/-TS separatist fuckery after people in the Seattle area have tried to reason with you and point out what you are saying is some phucked up crap.

Your ass has never been to a trans conference, much less interacted with your local trans community, and you have the nerve to spout harmful TERF rhetoric at people who are doing more to advance the human rights of trans people and especially trans people of color than your shady azz.

Who the phuck are you to insult Jazz, Janet, Fallon, Caitlyn and moi, who have done more collectively and individually to advance the human rights of transpeople of all ethnic backgrounds than your no interaction with the Seattle trans community don't know and don't care when you started transitioning behind?

So let me put this in terms I'm sure you'll understand:  Get thee behind me TERF wannabe Satan.

Because I call crap out, ain't 'scurred' to talk about whiteness, white privilege and how it deleteriously affects this community and call out the TS separatists (and others) for their racism and bigotry I have more than a few white sheet wearing detractors who straight up hate me.

Ho hum, Robyn Carolyn Montague is still bitter because I won't add her to the now 1800 people on my Facebook page.  All I have to say to you and the people that share your opinion of moi is I welcome your hatred.

And yeah, bear in mind that I've been active in this community for 15 years and contrary to your jacked up vanillacentric perspective, my friends in it who have my back don't always share my ethnic background.

The TS separatist ranks that you'd fit in quite nicely with because they are in the 'I Hate Moni' club ranks with you are chock full of bitter, rancor filled selfish idiots like you who are pissed off because they assumed they would hold the same level of white male privilege they used to have in their new femme bodies and society said otherwise.


And yeah, I sure am getting off my fine behind to help do my part to organize the next Creating Change conference coming to my hometown. I'm four videotaped hours and counting into an enjoyable oral history project at Rice University that will preserve my thoughts for posterity.  My seven year old blog is approaching 5 million hits and is archived.   I was honored by BTMI last March with an advocacy award named after me. 

And oh yeah, did you see who made the inaugural Trans100 List?   Sure wasn't you.

As I told your trifling, bitter butt back in February, my Facebook page, my rules.  Your continued nekulturny antics make that decision I made then to NOT add you to it look even wiser in the four months since I made that call. 

And you are still role modeling what I said about you four months ago. 

You're not a lady, you're another late transitioning asshole that still is carrying around that WMPesque attitude you spent much of your life marinating in.

So if you're going to post a derogatory comment about moi making an allegation about what I said, at least make it accurate.  Take the time to cut and paste what I said about you down to the syllable

On that note, I've wasted enough bandwith playing with you.  I have trans human rights I have to help our community get, stories I need to shine a bright spotlight on, trans people I need to inteview who are actually doing something to make a difference, speeches to write and a presentation to finish.

Twans Sep Twying To Start Twouble

Was minding my own business Tuesday night when I received an e-mail from Janet Mock that my name was being dragged into a discussion on her FB page about a piece Janet wrote for XOJane..  

Basically it started with the Twitter war between Azaelia Banks and Perez Hilton in which transphobic insults have been flying from both parties.   Janet called them both out for the transphobia and wrote a post for XOjane to clarify her stance.

Lisa McDonald, the TS separatist who chickened out of a debate with Cristan Williams, tried to start more shyt by going on Janet's FB page and attempting to drag my name into this mess.  She cited this almost year old post in which I called out the WWBT's for their vanillacentric privilege among other issues I castigated them for in the post.  McDonald then proved the point I made in the post about their privilege in the first place by disrespecting Janet on her own FB page.

Sniff sniff.  Probably was mad because their separatist talking points are being blown up and they are being rendered irrelevant   Oh yeah, another message for you and your friends for the 2k13.  Don't start none, won't be none. 

I stand by every word, syllable, and sentence I wrote in that post.   If you Twans Separatists don't like it, too damned bad because you already know I have no love for y'all anyway and your pursuit of pseudo cis privilege .   When you 'Twoo Twanssexuals' stop kissing up to the Whyte Radfem Womyn Gone Wyld, I might be inclined to revisit my assessment of you peeps. . 


So Lisa, another question for you?  When are you going to debate Cristan instead of doing what you seps do best and troll the Web?    Inquiring minds wanna know.

Ashley Love Has Been Consumed By The Dark Side Of The Trans Force

The fast and furious blowback from Ashley Love's unwarranted attack on Isis King for the groundbreaking American Apparel ads has started.

I've already had my say about it, and now other people in reality based transworld are calling out Love concerning her hypocrisy and her Washington Blade post in which she doubles down on her hypocritical separatist idiocy.

“Our much larger goal is promoting media depictions with messages that affirm, rather than misgender.”

Oh really, Ashley?   Still haven't seen you and your one woman MAGNET org attack the misgendering that goes on in the Black gossip blogospere like I've done, much less call out the misgendering that you not only have engaged in for years, but is a staple of the WWBT separatist ranks you are a tokenized part of aimed at anyone that disagrees with you and your TS separatist friends bull feces.

And yeah, just to leave no room for doubt, you are a TS separatist.  It's past time for truth in advertising when it concerns you and your loud and wrong stances.

Ashley, I tried to warn you last year what would happen if you continued down the dark path of TS separatism and you still embraced the Dark Side of the trans force.  Now you get to live with the consequences of it forever consuming your activist destiny and sapping whatever credibility you could have built up.  

I'm done hoping you would wise up, see how much damage you were doing to yourself and correct your behavior.  There may be still good in you Ashley Skywalker, but I'm done waiting for it to appear.

Angelica Ross recently interviewed Isis on her radio show and they took a few moments to comment on the faux controversy that was stirred up and Ms Love before moving on to other subjects.  

Cristan Williams has an interesting article from her Ehipassiko blog that documents the reactions to Love's recent one woman crusade to colonize the transgender community.

But the bottom line is that it's painful to watch someone who had so much potential to do a lot of good work for the trans community become a pariah.   The sad part is it didn't have to happen.

TS Separatist Chickens Out Of Debate Wih Cristan

If you believe strongly that your ideas are superior to someone else's, you should have no problem standing up in any venue to calmly and rationally debate someone with opposing points of view in the glaring light of public scrutiny.

But as radfems and their TS separatist auxiliaries routinely prove, they are incapable of doing that for multiple reasons.

They know deep down in their vanillacentric souls their positions are not only unpopular, they are on the wrong side of the moral arc of the universe and won't stand up to intense examination.

So they do what any group that's stuck defending a position based on a quicksand like foundation and a series of loud and wrong talking points does.  

They employ 'fear and smear' demonize the opponent tactics.   They use electronic brownshirt tactics worthy of the most seasoned conservative Republican operative.  They comment swarm opponents blogposts.  They lie, shout down and attempt to intimidate anyone who calls their azzes out.  They try to silence anyone who has irrefutable evidence that deconstructs and demolishes their erroneous, loud and wrong talking points they base their whole worldview on. 

And they refuse to debate them.

Like any vanillacentric group with privilege finding themselves being challenged by the marginalized one they terrorize and oppress on a regular basis, they try to flip the script and laughingly claim victim status. 

Cristan Williams has been hard at work along with others in the reality based trans community confronting the lies and compiling the research that has blown up many of the TS separatist talking points they've been pimping from their closed corners of the Net.

When they accused her of making it all up, she challenged their spokesmodels to debate her.

Lisa McDonald stepped up and accepted that challenge, but as we in rational trans world suspected would happen eventually weaseled out of the debate that was scheduled for last month. . I'll let Cristan tell you the rest of the story.

This is all I have to say about it to the TS separatist side.

TransGriot Update:  I struck a nerve in TS sep world with this post.  Lisa sent Cristan a note threatening 'legal action'.  It only shows the depth of Lisa's cluelessness and still doesn't detract from the fact Lisa backed out of a debate she proposed.   And after personally watching Cristan eviscerate our local Reicher Dave Welch on Fox26, I can say with reasonable certainty had Lisa honored her commitment, Cristan would have pwned her too.

Leave Isis Out Of Your War With GLAAD, Ashley

I was shaking my head as a certain loud and wrong TS separatist  launched attacks on the groundbreaking American Apparel ad Isis King appears in on behalf of that company and GLAAD

Ashley Love claims that Isis wearing the 'Legalize Gay' shirt misgenders her as a trans woman.

 “GLAAD fights the good fight for us many times, yet this time they’ve irresponsibly made a decision that appeared to not consider the confusing messaging that the ad could send to the public. They inadvertently went against their mission statement by validating the transphobic misconception that Isis and other women like her are “gay” males, instead of who they really are - women, period. The constant misgendering of women of transsexual experience by GLAAD and other ‘LGBT’ groups derails accurate education on transsexualism and must stop.”

However, Love in her zeal to stick it to GLAAD, an organization she's had personal issues with over the media guide, has missed a few important points here.

It may be news to Ms. Love and her colonized 'true transsexual' zealots, but there are transwomen who do identify as lesbian, so the 'Legalize Gay' and 'Gay OK' shirts that Isis is wearing in the ads would be apropos for them.

Isis is also known around the planet as a proud African descended transwoman and she is a hetero one at that.  No chance of anyone confusing her as a 'gay man' unless it is someone deliberately being disrespectful of her femininity or who has an agenda. 

It is also apropos for Isis as a trans human rights warrior and an ally to the rainbow community to wear the shirts depicted in the ads.  

I've also had numerous opportunities to talk to Isis, hear her thoughts concerning the American Apparel ads you seem to have a problem with, have done a Ten Questions interview with her and know she sees the big community building picture much clearer than you and the people you pal around with. 

Oh yeah, an African-American trans model being in this American Apparel campaign that is raising money for the organization is a Big Fracking Deal.  

Isis also said this in a tweet yesterday concerning the faux controversy:


F.Y.I. I did the American Apparel Campaign as a model and as a ally to the gay community. I by no means misrepresented being a Transwoman.

No, you didn't Isis.  You haven't in any of the media opportunities you've done for the trans and rainbow communities from print and television interviews to ANTM.  But since when did facts matter to TS separatists?.


Ashley, since you want to call out misgendering issues for women, why don't you get busy calling out the Black gossip blogosphere and blogs such as Bossip and Sandra Rose who have a long negative history of misgendering cis women by using transphobic slurs to do so?  .  

Umm hmm, that's what I thought.

Chasing Pseudo Cisprivilege

One of the things that sends the transsexual separatist crowd into a frothing rage is when you point out the cold hard reality to them that no matter how much they want to deny it, how much money they spend,  how much surgery they do or try to erase that history, we were all born with male bodies and spent some time on that side of the gender fence.

And pointing out that simple fact sets them off.

Something else that sets them off is when you point out their obsessive quest to regain the cisprivilege they lost when they transitioned and try to exercise it in the new gender role.

Cisgender bodies of either gender exist with privilege and general qualities assigned to them by the parent society.  And what is cisgender privilege you ask?   It's according to Kristen Schilt, 'the set of unearned advantages that individuals who identify as the gender they were assigned at birth accrue solely due to having a cisgender identity and presentation.' 

For example, it is presumed by society that if you are a cisgender female, you have been one from birth, you have XX chromosomes, you possess a uterus and other internal reproductive organs, when you hit your teen years you began to develop into your adult feminine body, you began to have periods in a regular cycle that occur on average every 28 days, you will one day get married, bear 2.5 children and as you move deeper into adulthood will experience menopause.

You also have societal advantages and human rights above and beyond those of trans women based on that cisgender status. 

These cisgender characteristics are presumed as universal and immutable, but nature has a way of throwing curveballs at our nice, neat binary assumptions concerning gender   There are ciswomen who don't have XX chromosomes or meet some of those benchmarks society says they should meet to be considered women.

And when ciswomen want to sling their privilege around, they will deploy in a heartbeat misgendering insults based on those memes like a weapon at women they don't believe measure up  So will the TS separatists when you remind they came out of mommy's birth canal in male bodies.      

Moving on.

Two months into my transition that began in April 1994 I had a discussion about it with one of my white fundie co-workers in the breakroom near our northside Terminal C gates.  I was aware that she had been part of a small cadre of women in my department who went to my duty manager and tried to deploy the bathroom meme to keep me out of the women's bathrooms and failed so I was on Defcon 2 intellectual alert when she approached me.  

At the time I transitioned I was seven years into my airline career and she asked me why I was transitioning and not being the male person in her mind God made me. After blowing up her faith based arguments, pointing out God made transpeople and discussing my lived experience, she deployed the 'you'll never be female because you can't have children or menstruate' argument that was common with trans opponents in the early 90's.

I quickly pointed out there are women who can't have children, can't have periods for various reasons, and then pointed out that her narrow definition of womanhood based on physiological characteristics would erase her own mother who was going through menopause at the time from the ranks of womanhood.   

I would have another encounter with a co-worker two weeks later that continues to resonate with me as well

I was having a conversation with a Newark based African American flight attendant co-worker of mine while we were seated in the lobby area waiting for the plane to arrive.

We were seated away from her crew and at the time POC airline employees treasured those moments when we got to talk to other POC employees because the airline business is still a predominately white world. 

She asked me how my transition was going and as I told her about some of the frustrations I'd encountered, she smiled and matter of factly told me I was just like her.   


"What do you mean I'm just like you?" I exclaimed. "You were born and raised as female from birth and no one mocks or questions your gender identity or presentation."  

'That's true," she replied. "But despite being born with a uterus,  I'm unable to conceive and can't have children. That's makes me in society's eyes just like you."  

She then proceeded to break it down that even though I wasn't going to have periods or give birth to a child, like her I would still experience all the drama that female bodied people get dealing with a male-dominated society.  I was still going to face sexism, sexual harassment, have to cope with people discounting my intelligence, and that's before we even get to the set of circumstances and the unwoman meme Black women have to constantly fight.

And while she broke it down I had the epiphany that pretty much guides my post-transition life.  If I continued to chase pseudo-cisgender privilege and pile on self imposed pressure to pass 100% of the time as female, it would be as futile and frustrating a quest as Don Quixote jousting windmills. The windmill would always win. 

Not even ciswomen pass as female 100% of the time, and if they tell you they do they're lying to themselves and to you.  Contrary to the lie the radfems like to pimp about transwomen, the cisprivilege I had in a male body I lost once I transitioned and it will never come back.  Neither would I experience feminine cisprivilege at the level ciswomen do because I wasn't born female and the virulent hostility and ignorance of society aimed at transwomen for now ensures I won't.  

So from that day forward I focused on being the best Moni I could be.  Yes, I am a proud African-American trans woman and I'm now on the feminine side of the gender fence where I needed to be.  

But the reality is I spent some time on the other side of the gender fence.  My body morphed on the outside to my current femme configuration to match the gender identity between my ears and I express my femme self quite well, but like every trans woman I still have a prostate gland that has shrunk due to HRT.  I have a skeletal structure that makes me heavier than a comparable 6'2" ciswoman. 

There was and still is resistance to accepting me and my transsisters as the Phenomenal Women we are in sectors of our society based on the fact we did spend time on the other side of the gender fence.

So trying to deny that reality is an exercise in futility.  Those of us who transitioned in the 60's, 70's, 80's and early to mid 90's won't be able to produce pictures of ourselves as little girls blowing out birthday cake candles, being members of the Girl Scouts, cheerleaders, discuss the age we had our first period or began developing breasts, joining a sorority or some of the other female rites of passage.    

So far from lamenting it and trying to come up with cover stories to hide it in a futile chase for pseudo cisgender status that will evaporate the nanosecond your trans status is revealed, I and increasing numbers of transpeople are being open and honest about being out and proud transwomen. 

I know I'm far happier and more well-adjusted because my evolving feminine persona has a rock solid base of reality undergirding it and not the quicksand.of shame, guilt and obfuscation.
 
So yes, it's time for transwomen to stop chasing pseudo cisprivilege and consider pondering this gender conundrum in another more constructive way..

It's time for us to be out and proud about being Phenomenal Transwomen secure in ourselves, our self-images and our own bodies.     

You Don't Like The Effects WWBT's, Don't Produce The Cause

One of the reasons I love Parliament-Funkadelic's music so much is because there was a lot of truth in many of the songs they wrote and produced back during the 70's and 80's that touched on social issues. 

One of those truths was echoed in a Funkadelic song entitled 'If You Don't Like The Effects, Don't Produce The Cause'

Lately the WWBT's have been crying white women's tears all over the Net because their 'widdle' pearl clutching feelings have been hurt because I and others have been relentless in not only exposing their racist and exclusionary agenda, making fun of them, and at times pimp slapping them back with the same ferocity of rhetoric they have hurled at others.

They have had their Two Minute Hate on for me and those people who confront them ever since.

Doubleplusgood then.

If y'all don't like the effects of being called the Transsexual Taliban, Transsexual Borg, WWBT's, the Tea Trans Klan and my personal favorite ubermenschen, then you and your transsexual separatists need to stop producing the cause.   I and the rest of the community aren't calling y'all out and whacking y'all with these sobriquets for nothing as much as y'all would like to pimp that lie.  We are reacting to your continued nekulturny actions and jacked up sellout behavior.

You are the ones that for years have using radical feminist language against other transpeople, advocating they get cut out of civil rights coverage, demonizing your opponents, trying to redefine the transsexual definition so it benefits you only and now you're crying white women's tears because you can't take what you've been dishing out for years?

What, you girls were that hooked on your whiteness and white privilege to believe that you could and would be able to continue doing that indefinitely without getting the inevitable pushback from the people you aim your crap at and who are beyond sick and tired of it?

I don't think so.  Moni don't play that, and neither do the folks you've been aiming your lies and your electronic brownshirt tactics at.   Buy a vowel, get a clue, and stop hatin'

Keep On Hatin' WWBT's

I see the WWBT's are still hatin.

I just spent a lovely two days at a conference in which the participants were laughing at y'all.  They noted the outright hatred you WWBT's have for lil old award winning chocolate me with the blog that 'nobody' reads.

Autumn Sandeen at Pam's House Blend just wrote a post that engages in piling on A.G.Casebeer.  Because of my now twelve year and continuing friendship with him, the WWBT's are trying and failing miserably to use it as a vehicle to attack me.

Okay, the man apologized for the comment and I posted it on this blog.  We all know what's going on here.  You're trying to deflect attention away from the unjust UN paper two white first world lesbians wrote that attempts to deny trans people around the world human rights coverage.   You don't want people paying closer attention to the fact that when it comes to 'equality', the rainbow community has people in it that don't practice what they preach at others.

They don't want people digging deeper into the fact that radical lesbian separatists have acted for over 30 years and continue to act as agents for the Forces of Intolerance when it comes to opposing trans human rights and are crying white woman's tears because they're being called on it.

And for once, it ain't just people of color calling their behinds on it..

In your zeal to paint me as a 'racist', you continue to deliberately ignore the fact I've been just as hard on my own people as a sector of you presume I've been on y'all.    The repeated 'racist' straw man is getting so old that my friends have turned it into a joke when they greet me.

But let me attempt to school you delusional WWBT's one more time.

Racism=prejudice plus systemic power.  That's something y'all should have learned and retained from Sociology 101 but obviously didn't .

No person of color has the power on an individual or group level to keep any white person from doing whatever they wish.  But as Brennan and Hungerford just proved with their unjust paper, by dint of their white skin and privilege, the opposite is certainly true.

And don't even try in the comment section to claim President Obama has that power.   If he did, he wouldn't have had to spend time doing a press conference in May over his fracking birth certificate because a group of white people led by an immigrant no less named Orly Taitz has falsely claimed for two years he wasn't a citizen.

Your WWBT calls  for 'stripping me on any positions in the trans community' smack of the same arrogance and white privilege the group of Republican white women who were pissed off at Oprah were drunk on and exercised in 2008.  They got huffy because she wouldn't violate her stated 'no political interviews during the election' policy and conduct one with Sarah Palin during the 2008 presidential election campaign  

They swore they would boycott and take down Oprah.   And how did that work out for them?  Those same ones loudly selling woof tickets then were probably begging for tickets to get into United Center for her last sold out shows.

And oh yeah, didn't you ubermenschen claim you weren't part of the trans community? 

You WWBT's are not going to hold me to a shifting standard that you don't apply and don't intend to apply to yourselves.  I'm not going to stop calling out you WWBT's about your hypocrisy, your racism and your selling out your transbrothers and transsisters of all ethnicities for your own selfishness and comfort.   I'm not going to stop pointing out that elements of this community like wearing white sheets under their dresses, or that the leadership ranks of it are as monoethnic as a Republican party meeting.

I'm also going to continue speaking my truth and looking at issues in this community through an Afrocentric viewpoint.   If you don't like that, you can go to Hades and catch the 666 bus to get there.
