Handle Your Electoral Business, Wisconsin

You've been outspent 25-1 by an avalanche of corporate and right wing billionaire money.  The polls are all over the map and the conservafools have sent Bobby Jindal,  Nikki Haley and a parade of conservafools to your state to campaign for Scott Walker.   Fox Noise and the conservafools don't think you'll kick him to the curb.

It's Tuesday June 5, the day you peeps in Wisconsin worked hard to make happen.  Now it's time to bumrush the polls, recall Scott Walker the four Republican senators and you lieutenant governor and end the GOP dictatorship . Grab a friend (or two or three or four) and take them to the polls with you to help make it happen..

The Republifools are already running 'scurred'.  Walker got eviscerated in the debate with Barrett since all he can do like any Republican is lie through his felonious teeth and run false attack ads.  Reince Priebus is already whining about 'voter fraud'.  The conservafool media is on the attack.

But I'm not telling you peeps in the Badger State stuff y'all don't know already.   The eyes of the nation and the world are on you,. Make us liberal progressives proud, be agents of your own liberation and show us the Badger State ain't taking this conservamess.

Handle your electoral business, Wisconsin..   .

Total Recall Update-1Million Signatures!

The United Wisconsin group that started a petition drive seeking to oust Gov. Scott Walker (R) turned in their mountain of petitions in Madison yesterday containing 1 million signatures.

The number far exceeds the 540,208 signatures that were needed to force the election and is also just shy of the 1.12 million votes that Walker received in the 2010 midterm election.

United Wisconsin is also submitting petitions to force recall elections on Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch (R) and exceeded the threshold needed by 305,000 signatures on that one.

Recall petitions were also delivered to force four more Wisconsin Republican state senators to face the voters, including majority leader Scott Fitzgerald, and United Wisconsin exceeded the number of signatures required on all four of those petitions as well.

The 1 million signatures gathered by United Wisconsin means that in order for the pro-Walker forces to stop the recall election, they would have to successfully invalidate 46% of the gathered signatures.

Not likely and even Scott Walker knows that.   That's why he's been furiously fundraising out of state, running ads and lying spinning his jacked up record to keep his seat and the money from his 1% buddies is flowing into his campaign coffers.

Stay turned, going to be a fun 2012 election season out of Wisconsin.

Recall Scott Walker Deadline Day

Today is the deadline day for all petitions in the attempt to recall embattled Wisconsin dictator governor Scott Walker (R) to be turned in by the groups seeking to unseat him.

They need 540,000 valid signatures to put it on the ballot, and the groups coordinating the recall effort passed that benchmark before Christmas and were shooting for 750,000 signature by this date.

We'll know soon enough if they were successful in doing so.   Scott Walker obviously thinks they were since he's been frantically trying to raise money from his 1% buddies to keep his seat.that has suddenly grown very uncomfortable for him.

Will keep you posted on Total Recall as it progresses.

Recall Scott Walker Effort Passes 500,000 Signatures!

The Recall Scott Walker effort in Wisconsin is moving at warp speed and continuing to gather signatures at a blistering pace.  It took them only 12 days to get the first 300,000 signatures, and the good news just keeps on coming.

United Wisconsin, the coalition group coordinating the recall effort announced that they have passed the 500,000 signature mark, just 40,000 signatures short of the magic 540,208 they will need by January 17 to put the recall election on the ballot.

To be precise, they have collected 507,533 signatures but United Wisconsion is not stopping there.   In order to withstand the expected Republifool dirty tricks and signature validity challenges they are aiming to collect another 720, 277 signatures, 250,000 more than they need to give them a cushion to get the recall election party started.

Will keep y'all posted.

Recall Scott Walker Effort Passes 300K Signatures

In just a mere 12 days the effort to recall conservafool Wisconsin governor Scott Walker (R) has gathered an astounding 301,000 signatures.   They are well on their way to the 540,000 verified signatures they need to trigger the recall election.

As much woof ticket selling that Scott Walker, the Wisconsin  GOP, the national Republicans an d their FOX Noise propaganda ministry have tried to pimp in discounting the recall movement as 'sour grapes', it's interesting to note for somebody that isn't worried about it, the $2 million he's spent in ads trying to defend his union busting job performance say otherwise.

The United Wisconsin proponents have until January 17 to gather those 540,000 signatures, then once they are verified, the election can take place and the Democrats will probably announce their candidate to oppose walker in the recall election.

Look for the GOP to dig deep into their political dirty trick playbook to try to come up with ways to slow the runaway freight train momentum building toward what is increasingly looking like a wildly successful effort to gather enough signatures to force that historic recall election in Wisconsin

It's On Scott Walker: The Wisconsin Recall Effort Begins

On November 15 the recall effort to unseat unpopular Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker commenced with the opponents of the GOP governor needing to gather 540,000 signatures by January 17 in order to trigger a recall election that would be scheduled for March 27 with enough valid signatures.

If there were a primary in either party, that election would be pushed back again to April 24.

In just 48 hours the Recall Scott Walker team has gathered 50,000 signatures and if they can sustain that rate they will have the required number of signatures in 11 days.    Their target is 600,000 so they have a cushion for any that are thrown out.

And for you TransGriot readers in Wisconsin, here's the link to the United Wisconsin page so you can do your part and join in on the fun.

Good luck and may you have much success in recalling and sending Scott Walker back to his life as a private citizen.
