That airport got a little more friendly to its TBLG employees earlier this month.
Since the cities of Dallas and Fort Worth both have TBLG non-discrimination laws on the books, the DFW airport adopted non-discriminations and harassment policies protecting its 1700 employees from discrimination and harassment based on sexual orientation and gender identity that took effect November 1.

The sexual orientation and gender identity language was added to the airport’s nondiscrimination and anti-harassment policies by executive order and didn’t require approval from the DFW Airport board.
