For the first time this summer the H-town thermometer passed 100 degrees as it tends to do in the month of August. This is usually the worst part of a Houston summer unless we get a tropical storm or hurricane tossed in with it.It's Friday, and you know what that means loyal TransGriot readers. It's time for our weekly exercise in finding out who exhibited outrageous levels of stupidity that raised the temperatures of of rational thinking people everywhere.
As usual, we had a long list of fools to choose from such as David Axelrod, who tried to explain the president's position on the Prop 9 ruling and turned himself into a pretzel while doing so, the usual Faux News buffonery from Beck, Hannity, Megyn Kelly, and crew, Sarah Palin, and Sharron Angle made another strong bid for a SUF award.
But this week's winner is Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen. She's a new mom who recently said in a Harper's Bazaar UK interview that "I think there should be a worldwide law, in my opinion, that mothers should breastfeed their babies for six months."
Excuse me?
Gisele Bundchen, shut up fool!
