Will they finally wake up to the fact before November 6 they are being played once again?
Probably not. The Fox Noise watching vanillacentric unwashed masses have been getting bamboozled for nearly 150 years, and they probably will fall for the Hate on Obama okey doke again.

Another Day, Another Young Transwoman Murdered
This time it was in Chicago. According to the Windy City Times 23 year old Paige Clay was found shot to death in the West Garfield Park neighborhood in an alley in the 4500 block of W. Jackson Blvd Monday morning.
Clay was identified by several people in the Chicago rainbow community to the Windy City Times, who were acquainted with her from the city's ballroom scene and from interacting with her at local TBLG agencies.
Clay was found with a gunshot wound to the forehead. The waste (or wastes) of DNA who committed the crime have yet to be apprehended and brought to justice.
Modesto Tico Valle, the Center on Halsted CEO, released the following statement in response to the news:
A remembrance for Clay is being organized in the community and as I receive the details about it I will pass them on to you TransGriot readers in the Chicago area who may wish to pay your respects.
As always I'll be keeping track of any details concerning this crime and about the latest transwomen who will sadly be added to the 2012 Remembering our Dead list.

"Though we do not have all the details, this news is extremely disturbing, especially as severe violence against transgender women is all too common. Transgender women face some of the highest rates of violence and abuse in our nation. This is the third reported murder of a transgender woman in the U.S. in April alone.
"We must work together to create more safety in our world for all people, especially those most targeted."

2012 Texans Watch-The Schedule Is Out
The NFL released the 2012 regular season schedule yesterday evening and one of the things I was wondering about was how much national television exposure would my hometown NFL franchise get this year.
Winning the AFC South for the first time, making the playoffs, beating Cincinnati and losing an agonizingly close game to the Baltimore Ravens with our rookie third string quarterback does wonders for your NFL TV credibility.
Turns out five Texans games will be nationally televised, and for the first time in franchise history the Texans will play on Thanksgiving Day against the Detroit Lions.
Here's the 2012 Texans schedule
It is not going to be easy Since we won the AFC South last year we get a schedule heavy with first place and playoff teams. In addition to that, the interconference division rotation this season has the AFC South matched up against the tough NFC North, which is why we got the Thanksgiving game with the Lions.
They also have a December game with the AFC champion New England Patriots, a rematch with the Baltimore Ravens in Reliant Stadium, and face our old nemesis Peyton Manning when they travel to Denver in Week 3 of the season.
And yeah, our annual AFC South division hatefests with the TennesseeTitans Traitors.
If you're wondering if Michael Watts and I will be having our NFL prognostication battle in 2012, we sure are.
Last season I erased a 4 game deficit in the final two weeks of the season to tie him for regular season pigskin prognostication bragging rights, and my goal is to wear the crown in 2012.
If any other bloggers want to join us, let either one of us know by August and we'll lay out the prognostication ground rules for you.
But I'm really looking forward to the kickoff of the 2012 NFL season because my NFL squad is considered a favorite to win it all, and the Super Bowl will be played in New Orleans
How cool would that be for us long suffering Texans fans if it happened?

TPOCC Needs Your Story
Calling all transmen of color, TPOCC, the Trans People Of Color Coalition needs you.
If you have a compelling story to tell please contact my friend and colleague, Kylar Broadus as soon as possible. He's working on several projects of human rights importance to the community and needs your story. You may e-mail him at kylar@transpoc.org
I know the last time I posted about TPOCC happenings they had been engaged in conducting a series of town hall meetings to talk about the issues of importance to trans persons of color in those areas..
And while you are doing your part to help advance the case of trans human rights in our community (and I thank you for that) you can hit the TPOCC website or follow them on Twitter and check out what's going on as this organization continues to build the critical mass we need to become the representative organization for the issues of trans people of color.
