I love the trans themed web cartoons at Trans Girl Diaries, and one had me laughing my butt off that deserves to be signal boosted.
I've written about or verbally pimp slapped the ubermenschen at TS-Si and other Transsexual Taliban hate sites since this blog started. I reject their SRS=transsexual=woman doctrine that they pimp and the sneering classist vanilla scented racism that goes with it.
In the process, I've become the transwoman they love to hate.
I can't help it that I was blessed with the intelligence to eviscerate their weak assed hate filled screeds, look better in a dress and heels than they do, have trans and cis girlfriends who love and respect me, an award winning blog and an IFGE Trinity award on my shelf.
And point of order for your transsexual separatist echo chamber, I AM all that and four bags of chips. If I wasn't y'all wouldn't be spending every waking moment hatin' on me.
I don't care enough about you to hate you ubermenschen back. I just pity you wannabe radical lesbian feminist fools.
But enough talking about those wastes of DNA. I loved the latest offering from TransGirl Diaries that perfectly illustrates the underlying thought processes that undergird the TS-Si posts. If you don't have surgery, you aren't a 'true transsexual' and you are a 'man'.
Okay, so what about transmen? Hatin' on the transguys is Lynn 'Dirt' Baker's department

Shut Up Fool! Awards-Good Friday Edition
It is Holy Week, despite the spin and lies coming from the 'White' wing trying to justify their greed-is-good soak the poor and take Medicare from Grandma agenda that is inconsistent with 'Big C' Christianity..
We are just 48 hours from celebrating Easter, and even during this time of year, as Mr. T consistently reminds us, 'Fools are everywhere'. Time to shine that TransGriot spotlight on those fools.
This week's nominees were back to back winner Donald Trump, Gretchen Carlson, Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI), a group award for Fox News, EQ Maryland (who is still spinning their HB 235 6loss), Charlie Sheen.
Honorable Mention goes to Gwyneth Paltrow for miserably failing once again to recognize the overwhelming smell of vanilla scented privilege and pearl clutching in her comments.
But this week goes to Andrew Breitbart. His lawyers would like him to shut up about fracking up in the Shirley Sherrod case since he's facing a libel suit from her. But his conservafool arrogance won't let him and he may have just legally hung himself thanks to this contentious interview with Martin Bashir.
Shirley Sherrod's lawyers are probably getting certified transcripts for this interview as we speak.
But you know you slimed Shirley Sherrod, got caught and you're going to pay dearly for it.
Andrew Breitbart, shut up Fool!

Philly Police Advisory Commission To Subpoena Records In Nizah Morris Case
Interesting news coming out of Philadelphia. According to the Philadelphia Gay News, the Police Advisory Commission has voted to subpoena the records on the Morris case from the District Attorney's office.
Nizah Morris was an African American transwoman who accepted a courtesy ride from the Philadelphia Police Department home from a downtown bar but instead was found bleeding from a head wound that she died from on Christmas Eve 2002. There has never been a satisfactory explanation to people in the Philadelphia TBLG community as to what happened to Morris and leaders in the community are pleased with the PAC vote.
Kathleen Padilla said in the PGN interview, “I applaud the commissioners’ commitment to ensuring their review includes all available information in this very murky case. I’m disappointed the DA chose to force the PAC to subpoena records that are required to perform their oversight responsibilities.”
We can only hope that those DA records finally shed light on what really happened to Nizah that evening.

Canadian Election 2011 Update 3-NDP Rising
In a development that will make my Ontario homegirl happy, after two solid debate performances by Jack Layton and polling showing the Canadian people trust it on various issues, the New Democratic Party has surged past the Liberals and into second place with eleven days to go until Election Day.
It's the first time in 20 years the NDP has been ahead of the Liberals federally in a poll and much of the surge has been fueled by a surprising pickup of support in Quebec..
That's the good news. The bad news is that the Conservatives are coasting with a big double digit poll lead thanks to their Prairie Provinces bastions in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Southern Manitoba.
While I've had more than a few political discussions with the editress of Womanist Musings about this upcoming Canadian election, I do like the NDP not only for their stands on many bread and butter issues, but for spearheading C-389.
So does much of the Canadian trans community. Trans Pride Canada compiled a list of MP's who voted for and against Bill C-389. They are planning to help our friends and punish our enemies at the polls.May 2
But I live south of our shared border in Texas. (AKA Alberta South as Renee calls my home state) That means I'm just an interested observer in this May 2 election. It's up to you peeps north of the border to handle your civic duty business and vote for the candidate of your choice.
The political junkie in me will have to read the polls and various Canadian political websites tracking this May 2 election to see how this plays out.

'The Game' Renewed By BET For Fifth Season
As I've mentioned in a few posts, I love the Mara Brock Akil produced show The Game which is a spinoff of Girlfriends.
Melanie Barnett-Davis, Tia Mowry's character on the show is a first cousin to Girlfriends Joan Clayton and her character was originally introduced on that show.
Oh yeah, speaking of Girlfriends, didn't appreciate the stank way it was dismissed after eight years on the air. Word from Mara Brock Akil is that if we show the same kind of support for Girlfriends that was shown for the Game, there's a possibility Girlfriends could be resurrected as a series or even a movie.
But back to The Game.
It was recently made official to no one's surprise that The Game has been renewed for a fifth season with a full 22 episode run that will start in January 2012.
I say not surprising because ever since the show was picked up by BET, it has thrived. The opening episode drew 7.7 million viewers and although that fell off to a steady 3-4 million viewers and it only had a 13 episode run, those are still impressive numbers for a cable network.
Those numbers also positively impacted the show that follows it on BET, Let's Stay Together, which debuted with 4 million people watching it. It managed to get 2 million viewers tuning it and was also renewed for another season with 22 episodes as well.
The fans of The Game, who waged a successful three year campaign to get the show back on the air after its 2009 cancellation on the CW after its third season, have expressed the desire to the show's producers to have those episodes in the Season 5 be hour long ones.
We'll see if they hear us on this one.
