Shut Up Fool Awards- Moni's At #CC16 Edition

I'm up in Chicago for the 2016 edition of Creating Change, and I'm having a blast getting my learn on and seeing everyone that made it up here for this major conference.  We're happy that the weather is not as chilly as we expected, but the Chicago Host Committee is showing us a great time as we get our learn on.

It's Friday, and even though I'm up here handling #CC16 business, fools are everywhere, and I gots to call them out.  Speaking of calling fools out, I'll be adding five more names to the SUF Lifetime Achievement Awards List during Oscar weekend..  

So let's get started with my weekly TransGriot Shut Up Fool Awards and finding out what fool, fool or group of fools get it.

Honorable mention number one goes to Bernie Sanders, who is upset that he didn not get the endorsement of the Human Rights Campaign, but keeps mispronouncing the name of the organization.

Maybe if you gooten the name of the group right, they may have felt the bern for you.

Honorable mention number two is a group award for PETA, who floated the offer that if the city of Detroit went vegan, they would pay Detroit`s water bill.

And y`all wanna know why I hate PETA`s racist asses.

Honorable mention number three is a group award for all the 2016 POTUS candidates who continue to spew racist, sexist (fill in the blank) comments at every stop on the ccampaign trail.

Honorable mention number four goes to FOX Noise spokessellout Stacey Dash, who while cooning it up for FOX Noise tried to defend the melanin free Oscar nominees by suggesting that the BET and NAACP awards need to go if we Black people want intergration,

You need to chill with the GOP cranial rinses.   The reaon those award shows exist in the Black community Stacey, is because of repeated snubs like the ones you`re trying to defend.

This week the Shut Up Fool winner is Sarah Palin for blaming the arrest if her son Trask on President Obama and PTSD,

Really?  As usual that chillbilly is just like very other Republican in terms never taking responsibiloity for their actions of lousy parenting.

Shut Up Fool Awards- Rev Dr MLK Jr 87th Birthday Edition

Today is what would have been the 87th birthday of the Rev. Dr Martin Luther King, Jr. and as we head into the federal holiday on Monday that celebrates his outstanding and all too brief life, it's time to once again examine his words and speeches that are still as relevant to our lives today as they were when the words were penned and uttered.

Dr King famously said, 'Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance, and conscientious stupidity', and the peeps who get called out every Friday for these illustrious TransGriot Shut Up Fool Awards are a living testimony to the wisdom of those words.

So let's get right to our usual Friday business of  calling out the sincerely ignorant and conscientiously stupid people in our midst this week.

Honorable mention number one is John Ritzheimer, the Vanilla ISIS terrorist who got pissed off because people have been sending he and his fellow armed malcontents dildoes and 55 gallons of lube instead of the food, money and other stuff they have been begging for online.

Well, boys, how about you give it up and go home like the sheriff and the folks of Burns, OR advised you to?

Honorable mention number two is a group award to the Oscars, for once again on nomination day unveiling a melanin free nomination slate for the second consecutive year despite some amazing 2015 performances from Idris Elba, Will Smith, Michael B. Jordan and movies like Beasts of No Nation, Selma, Creed, and Straight Outta Compton being released.

I guess they have a policy of no Black people get Oscar nominations unless they are playing in a role or producing a movie that demeans African-American people.

Honorable mention number three is the junior senator from Alberta, Ted Cruz, who has had an interesting week trying to tapdance around the fact he wasn't born here and is probably ineligible to run for POTUS, and after slamming 'NYC Values', was revealed to have gotten a $1 million loan for his 2014 senate campaign from Goldman Sachs, where his wife worked.

Honorable mention number four is another group award for all the GOP idiots who have been racistly attacking Gov Haley.   FYI for you GOP fools, Haley's parents were immigrants, but she was born in South Carolina in 1972.

This week's fool is South Carolina governor Nikki Haley.   After she received rave reviews for her SOTU response speech that whacked the Trumpenfuhrer, screwed all that positive publicity up by stating that 'America has never passed laws based on race or religion'.

Girlfriend, you're joking, right?   Obviously you were asleep in American History class because our history is chock full of far too many examples of policy that is based on religion or race.

Let's see, slavery, the near extermination of Native Americans from our nations borders,  the detention of Japanese Americans during World War II, Jim Crow segregation, Plessy v. Ferguson, Dred Scott v Sandford, Don't Ask Don't Tell, the Defense of Marriage Act,...

Shall I continue, Gov. Haley?

Shut Up Fool Awards - First Week of 2016 Edition

This is the first full week of 2016, and now that the news cycle has come out of its holiday hibernation, my fools runneth over this week.

So yeah, let's get straight to our Shut Up Fool business.

Honorable mention number one is Donald Trump, for ordering his security minions at his Klan rally in Burlington, VT  to take the coats of protesters, among his other messed up stuff he's said this week.

Honorable mention number two is Wu Tang Clan founder RZA, who said in an interview that Black people 'dressing better' would prevent police harassment.

Oh really?  A suit and tie didn't prevent James Blake from being jacked with by NYPD.  Nether did it prevent Bull Connor in 1963 from releasing the dogs and fire hoses on civil rights protesters in Birmingham.

Honorable mention number three is George Zimmerman, who child murdering behind opened his mouth about President Obama.

STFU George.  Your azz should be in jail for Trayvon Martin's murder

Honorable mention number four is a group award for VanillaISIS, AKA the terrorists holed up in Oregon who are looking more like the Keystone KKKops than a group that has their stuff together.

Two have been busted for claiming they are Marines when they aren't.  They are begging for snacks on the Internet, told by the chief of the Paiute tribe to 'get off my land' and  have been told by the sheriff and townspeople of Harney County they need to go back home.

Honorable mention number five we go north of the border for in former Harper cabinet minister Ujjal Dosanjn for his post complaining about political correctness.

Really, you're going write a post about white men whining because they can't be as racist as they wanna be?  No wonder Harpo had you in his cabinet.

Honorable mention number six is the GOP congress for passing that Obamacare repeal and gloating about it.

Honorable mention number seven is Boglarka Balogh who thought she would highlight the plight of African indigenous peoples by dressing in Blackface.

Really?  Did it occur to you to simply use your platform as a journalist to write articles about those groups.

Honorable mention number eight is Cleveland police officer Matt Cicero, who unleashed a racist online rant aimed at Tamir Rice's mother.

This week's Shut Up Fool winner is Maine governor Paul LePage (R).

Maine's teabagging governor unleashed his inner Klansman when he said out of state drug dealers were impregnating young white girls, are to blame for Maine's drug problem.

"The traffickers -- these aren't people who take drugs.  They are guys by the name D-Money, Smoothie, Shifty,"he said. "These type of guys that come from Connecticut and New York.  They come up here, they sell their heroin, then they go back home.,"

"Incidentally, half the time they impregnate a young, white girl before they leave.  Which is the real sad thing, because then we have another issue that we have to deal with down the road."

When the backlash from those comment hit, he issued a half azzed apology for it, then did what conservafools usually do when they get busted for saying something racist and blamed the media for 'twisting his words'.

 I also found it interesting that on the day you unleashed those racist comments, three Maine drug dealers named James, Jody and Donna were busted for trafficking heroin by the Maine DEA.

But yeah, blame your state's drug problems on non-white out of state non-white people.

Shut Up Fool Awards- First Fool Of 2016 Edition

Happy New Year TransGriot Readers!   In addition to today being the 10th anniversary of my blog, it's also Friday, and that means it's time for me to select the first Shut Up Fool weekly winner for 2016.

Since this is an election year, I expect that my fools will runneth over, especially on the GOP nomination trail.

Some of you may still be suffering from New Year's Eve party hangovers, so I'll get straight to the SUF 'bidness' at hand.

Honorable mention number one is Katrina Pierson.   She's the teabaggin' spokesmodel for the Trump campaign who not only threatened to wear a fetus necklace the next time she's on camera after being called out for her not so fashion forward bullet one, it's come to light she was pushing the Agenda 21 conspiracy theory.

Honorable mention number two is a joint group award to the Louisville media and the St Matthews, police department for blowing up a December 26 incident at Mall St. Matthews into one that inflamed racial tension in the Louisville metro area.

Honorable mention number three is another joint one for two New Hampshire Republican legislators, Josh Moore and Al Baldasaro, who let their inner male chauvinist pig fly when they were criticized by NH Rep. Rep Amanda Bouldin (D) for their War on Women bill seeking to criminalize breastfeeding and started attacking her with misogynistic insults.

Once again, the only good GOP legislator at any level is an out of work one.   Remember that when you go to the polls in 2016.  

 Honorable mention number four is every kneegrow trying to defend Bill Cosby online after he was finally arrested for  sexual assault.

The first SUF winner of 2016 is a Texan, and nope, he's not ted Cruz or the other usual GOP suspects, it's TX Rep Jonathan Strickland.

Mr Watts former classmate is under fire for posting online that rape is non existent in marriage, and calling a commenter that disagreed with him a 'bratwurst loving homo'.

He told the Texas Observer that he 'severely regrets' the posts.   Yeah, right.  The only thing this Tea Klux Klan member regrets is getting caught.  

North Texas, do us a favor in 2016 and make this idiot an ex-Texas state rep.

Shut Up Fool Awards-Christmas Fools 2015 Edition

Merry Christmas TransGriot readers! 

Hope Santa Claus brought you what you were hoping for and it was under your tree wrapped up all nice and pretty for you.   If you didn't, there's always your birthday.

Thanks to those of you who may be using your new phones, laptops, tablets or desktop computers to surf by my blog today and who have done so throughout 2015.

Another present you'll get later tonight is a rare Christmas Day full moon.  The last time it happened was in 1977, and the next time it will occur is in 2034, so look up at the sky at our celestial neighbor later tonight for this rare event.

Since today is Friday, that also means I had to handle my usual TransGriot blogging business n deciding what fool, fools or group of fools deserved getting a lump of coal in their Christmas stockings today.

Just a reminder we are closing in on the big reveal of what fool, fools or fools get the 2015 Shut Up Fool of the Year as a late Christmas gift from me yo you to ring in the New Year.   Got it narrowed down to who will win it for 2015, but you readers still have a few days to nominate the peeps who over this year were just over the top in their idiocy.

Let's just go straight to this week's winner.   This week's Christmas Day fool and the last one for 2015 is Kentucky's new Teabagging governor Matt Bevin. (R).

Bevin deserves a trainload of Kentucky coal in his Christmas stocking for issuing the first executive orders of his new administration that rescinded the positive ones that outgoing governor Steve Beshear (D) issued.

In addition to handing hate clerk Kim Davis a victory, he took away the newly won voting rights of 140,000 non-violent felons who had served their time.   Kentucky is one of three US states that permanently take away your voting rights if you are convicted of a felony crime.

In addition to that. the Grinch, er Governor Bevin rolled back the $10.10 minimum wage for state workers back to $7.25 an hour.   For department that had fortunately implemented it, it stays in place, but for those unlucky state workers who hadn't gotten it yet, the TGOP  governor just showed you he and his party don't care about you working class people once again.

Merry Christmas to all you Kentucky folks who either sat out the election or voted for this Tea Klux Klown.  It''s going to be a long four years for you because you're about to get a real world example of why your azzes should have one to the polls on November 3.  .

This is also a prime example of what I and other trans advocates have been talking about when we say that trans rights executive orders are NOT enough and we need trans rights legislation.   An unfriendly governor can erase then with the same pen strokes that created them in the first place.

Shut Up Fool Awards- December Dufus Edition

Is it just me noticing it, or has their been  a societal explosion of stupidity lately?  The ignorati are running wild, facts don't matter and whole networks have sprung up that verity the paranoid delusions of 20% of the population.

It seems that idiocy has really taken hold in the Republican party and the race for their POTUS nomination.  The clown Airbus is still full despite losing some of their village idiot candidates.

And we are still several weeks away from the Iowa caucuses and the New Hampshire primary, so the cray-cray will continue for another dew weeks.

Well, let's move on to your fave feature on this blog people and announce this week's Shut Up Fool Awards.

Honorable mention number one is Donald Trump for the usual fascist crap and hijinks

Honorable mention number two is Bill King, the Houston mayoral candidate supported by Ted Cruz who still is pimping the bathroom meme on the eve of the runoff election

Honorable mention number three is Abigail Fisher, who is crying White Women's Tears about affirmative action because her mediocre ass didn't getting into UT because of her grades, blamed it on Black people, already filed one suit that was heard by the SCOTUS and lost, and the SCOTUS heard her tears and her case again..

Honorable mention number four is Come and Take It Texas, a open carry group that wanted to stage a mock mass shooting on the UT campus during finals until the administration told them they would be arrested for criminal trespassing if they did.

Guess they forgot about that mass shooting that happened on the UT campus back on August 1, 1966

This week's Shut Up Fool winner is SCOTUS Injustice Antonin Scalia,.who opened his mouth in the oral arguments Wednesday in the Fisher v. University of Texas affirmative action case and let something racist fly out of it

I'm about to go Maya Wilkes again on this one.

Looks like Princeton and Harvard Law weren't 'too advanced' for the POTUS and FLOTUS and thousands of other grads of PWI's (predominately white institutions), and how dare you open your racist mouth to say something that ignorant.

Rep Elijah Cummings (D-MD) also dropped the hammer on Injustice Scalia

Scalia is a living example of what I have said more than a few times on this blog and elsewhere in that the most dangerous bigots are the ones with the power to write legislation or who like Scalia, sit in judicial seats.

Shut Up Fool Awards-TDOR 2015 Edition

Today is the 17th annual Transgender day of Remembrance, a day in which we take time out o our lives to remember the trans people we lost to anti-trans hate violence, and look forward to the day that the event is no longer necessary.

But one thing that has been necessary for me to do is all out the assorted fools that are wasting DNA and oxygen on our space rock with their unrelenting ignorance and stupidity.

And it's time to exercise some societal self care and call them out.

Time for this week's edition of the TransGriot Shut Up Fool Awards, and this week's Shut Up Fool Awards losers winners is a group award for every congressmember in both parties who cowardly voted to bar Syrian refugees from entering this country.

As Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) said, "Defeating terrorism should not mean slamming the door in the faces of those fleeing the terrorists. We might as well take down the Statue of Liberty,"'

It echoes when happened back on the eve of World War II when the SS Saint Louis with over 900 German Jewish refugees were denied entry into Havana and Miami after a two week voyage and were forced to return to Europe.   250 of those passengers subsequently died in the Holocaust.  

I have also not liked the racist, Islamophobic and xenophobic language coming out of the GOP chickenhawks mouths whether they are in the hall of Congress or the campaign trail.

Shut Up Fool Awards-MAJOR! Film Debut Edition

I've been talking about this for several years, and now tonight it's finally going to happen.

For those of you in the Bay Area,  you will get the pleasure of seeing the MAJOR! documentary by Annalise Ophelian and StormMiguel Florez finally light up the silver screen.   That will happen tonight at the Castro Theater at 7:30 PM PST as part of the San Francisco Trans Film Fest

Sad I can't be there for it, but hope this screening is a MAJOR! success. (pun intended)

Speaking of lighting things up, it's Friday, and time for me to handle my usual weekly business of calling out the fool, fools or groups of fools that just need it.

Honorable mention number on is HERO hater Dave Welch, who parted his lips to say that trans people can be 'cured' through 'Biblical counseling'.

Oh, is that what you're calling reparative therapy these days?   How about curing yourself of that deep seated transphobia you obviously have a problem with  

Honorable mention number two is Carlos Maza, whose problematic WTF moment was trying to blame Beyonce for the Prop 1 loss and claim she had 'ignored the LGBT community'.  

Really?  If you had talked to or listened to some peeps in Black LGBT Houston, you may have had a more successful result for your campaign,

Honorable mention number three is Mat Staver, who called for Houston mayor Annise Parker to 'resign and let someone else do the job' on right wing radio.

How about you give the same advice to your client Kim Davis first?    Besides dumbazz, she leaves office on January 1.

Honorable mention number four is Tennessee state Rep Bud Hulsey (R-Kingsport) who proves what I have said numerous times that the most dangerous bigot is the one that has the power to write legislation.

Honorable mention number five is Jared Woodfill, who hoodwinked and bamboozled people into voting against HERO by using bathroom hysteria, but is defending a man who admitted to taking photos of women changing in a bathroom without their knowledge.

They sure do love defending perverts don't they?   Especially when the perverts are white male conservative Republicans like Jason Duggar and Jared Fogle.

Honorable mention number six is Donald Trump, for all the stupid stuff he said this week.

This week's Shut Up Fool Award winner is Ben Carson, for a string of ignorant, bigoted and logic defying comments that keeps him in the running for 2015 Shut Up Fool Of The Year




Separate bathrooms for trans people?   Really, kneegrow?  You are that desperate for GOP votes you conveniently forgot the last time this country had segregated bathrooms they were aimed at our people, and the same rhetoric to justify them was coming out of the mouths of Confederate flag waving segregationists?

Naw Uncle Ruckus, er Uncle Ben, me and my trans brothers and trans sisters will continue to poop and pee in the potty corresponding to our outward gender presentation.  Too bad if you and the conservafools you are cooning it up for don't like that.

Shut Up Fool Awards-Post Houston Election Edition

Houston went to the polls on Tuesday, and the results were mixed for those of us who love freedom and justice.   We have had some of the candidate our community endorsed either get elected outright or survive to make the December 12 runoff while others didn't.

But we also had a major loss with the defeat of the Houston Equal Rights Ordinance in a deceptive trans-bashing campaign bankrolled and backed bu the Texas Republican party and longtime anti-LGBT conservafools that hoodwinked and bamboozled 61% of the population of my hometown into voting against their own human rights.

Yeah, they are gloating now, but we'll see how long those smirks stay on their faces.

Anyway, let's get to this week's SUF winner.   No point in even selecting runners up, the runaway winners are the 61% of Houston who voted NO on HERO,

That also includes the non-white ministers who sold out their communities to pal around with out of town Republican oppressors, those peeps who fell for the okey doke during early voting or on election day, those of you who gleefully promoted anti-trans hate, or thought they were sticking it to Mayor Parker or the Houston LGBT community.

Hey, you're about to find out you hurt yourselves, not just us or Mayor Parker.   The first economic dominos have already fallen.   Less than 24 hours after the hate vote, the NCAA rejected without comment all three Houston bids to host the CFA college football  championship games in 2018, 2019 and 2020, and increasing calls to yank the 2016 NCAA men' Final Four and 2017 Super Bowl from H-town.

HERO haters, shut up fools.

Shut Up Fool Awards- Looking For Human Rights HEROes Edition

We are in the last day of early voting for our Houston municipal election and stuff is getting real as we approach November 3.  You have until 7 PM  to get to your favorite polling place and vote in the mayoral election and for Prop 1.  

And yes since today is Friday, time to call out some fools.

Honorable mention number one is a group award for all you Houston folks who believed the anti-HERO bathroom predator lie and voted NO in the early voting phase on Prop 1.

Honorable mention number two is another group award for all the GOP presidential candidates on stage for the GOP debate in Boulder, CO.

Honorable mention number three is our unelected Harris County Republican sheriff Ron Hickman, who came out of the closet about his opposition to HERO, claiming it was 'confusing and divisive', but wasn't in the chair for a day when he demoted a lesbian sheriff with 30 years of experience, ended the LGBT liaison program, and attacked the #BlackLivesMatter movement in a problematic press conference in the wake of the shooting of Deputy Darren Goforth,

Honorable mention number four is anyone who wears Blackface for Halloween.

Honorable mention number five is Rep Mo Brooks (R-AL) , who opposes immigration because 'it changes the voter pool'.

And makes it more likely that bigots like him get bounced out of office.

Honorable mention number six is Ben Fields, the ex-Richland County SC resource officer who body slammed and dragged across the floor a Black female student.

Hope you get the assault charges that need to follow up this incident, but we'll see if justice is served in this heinous incident..

This week's Shut Up Fool award is a joint one that goes to Raven-Symone and Don Lemon who continue to cause us to wonder whether both their Black cards need to be revoked.

Raven made another cringe worthy statement on The View in regards to the SC student being violently dragged across that Spring Valley High School classroom.

Don Lemon tried to justify the officer's actions, which led CNN legal correspondent Sunny Hostin to put his ass on blast.



The sad part is both these kneegrows have sizable media platforms, and they continually make jacked up WTF statements

Shut Up Fool Awards-Chillin' At Fantasia Fair 41 Edition

As you TransGriot readers may already be aware of, I've been here in Provincetown, MA for the last few days attending my first ever Fantasia Fair Conference.

This is the 41st annual edition of the longest running trans themed conference in the United States, and I have been having a blast getting to see old friends, meet new ones and just having a great time up here in addition to handing some keynote business on Tuesday when I was honored with the Virginia Prince Transgender Pioneer Award.

But while I've been up here in New England experiencing Fantasia Fair,  the world beyond Cape Cod and P-town keeps on turning, and fools kept doing what they do

And as I do every Friday, I gots to call them out.

Honorable mention number one is Donald Trump for the usual crimes against common sense.

Honorable mention number two is Ben Carson who is now the front runner in the GOP POTUS field in Iowa.

Honorable mention number three is TX Lt Governor Dan Patrick for meddling in Houston human rights business and hypocritically attacking the HERO while knowing the same laaw exists in Austin, Dallas, Ft. Worth, San Antonio and El Paso.

Honorable mention number four is Jeb Bush for disrespecting a DREAMer at a recent campaign event.

This week's Shut Up Fool winner is a group award for every Republican member of the House Benghazi Select Committee.   They kept former secretary of state Hillary Clinton on the witness stand for 11 hours yesterday in a political witch hunt that had the goal of ruining her 2016 presidential campaign, but may have backfired to the point where they may have handed her the Oval Office.

As she sat there hour after hour looking presidential, they looked like the mean spirited political buffoons playing to their base they were as the Democratic members of it took shots at not only the entire event like Rep Elijah Cummings, but other Democratic members had her back.

GOP Benghazi Select Committee members, have several sections of seats at FedEx Field and shut up fools.

Shut Up Fool Awards-Calling Out Fools Edition

It's Friday, and once again it's time to get busy with our highly popular TransGriot public service of calling out the fool, fools or groups of fools in our midst.

Honorable mention number one is Bob McNair.  The Houston Texans owner has pissed off moi and much of his fanbase with his boneheaded decision to donate $10,000 to the anti-HERO haters, then tried to put a weak azzed statement to justify his decision.

Not a smart move to piss off much of your fanbase who is already upset over the Texans 1-4 start, and spit in the face of  TBLG Texans fans.    

Honorable mention number two is Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), who said it was okay for companies to fire LGBT workers and if LGBT people wanted to keep their jobs, they need to stay in the closet.

Kentucky voters, can y'all fire his azz as your senator?

honorable mention number three is James David Manning, who slithered out of his hate tabernacle to issue a call to 'boycott all sodomites'.



Honorable mention number four is to Mike Huckabee, who tried to troll the Democratic debate and got called out for the dual racist tweets he got called out on.

You keep proving every day why you are unfit to be the Republican POTUS nominee, much less president.

Honorable mention number five is TX Rep. Jason Villalba (R), who also got himself in trouble trolling the Democratic debate and violating Godwin's law by calling Bernie Sanders, who is Jewish, a Nazi.,

Another example of why your neo- Know Nothing party needs to become the minority party as expeditiously as possible in the Lone Star State.

Honorable mention number six is TI, for his problematic sexist comment that he can't vote for a female president.   Kneegrow, you're a convicted felon and CAN'T vote, so sit your sexist azz down somewhere and STFU.

This week's Shut Up Fool winner is  the unnamed white female teacher at Bailey Park Elementary in Grinnell, IA who had racism as the lesson of the day. for two biracial kids.

The teacher said to two biracial kids that they were 'stupid and didn't know anything', and that 'black people and white people shouldn't be a family or go to the same schools.'

First off, that teacher needs to be identified, not shielded so they can own their racist behavior and NEVER be hired to teach in a public school setting ever again.  

This is the microaggressive shyt that Black children have to deal with as they navigate the educational system, that has long term repercussions on their self esteem and drags down their academic performance vis a vis their white counterparts, and it needs to stop.

And as for that racist teacher, shut up fool!

Shut Up Fool Awards-Canadian Thanksgiving Weekend Edition

On Monday our Canadian cousins will be gathering at family tables across their vast nation and getting their grub on.  

It's Thanksgiving Canadian style, and our north of the border cousins will be giving thanks for all the blessings they have received this year and probably having some hot political debates as they break bread.

Speaking of debate, let's get one started courtesy of our usual Friday business in which we determine what fool, fools or group of fools get dissed, dismissed and called out for their jaw dropping ignorance and stupidity in this week's edition of our TransGriot Shut Up Fool Awards.

Honorable mention number one goes to the Canadian Conservative Party for attempting to borrow a page from the GOP playbook and inject hatred of Muslims into the upcoming federal elections by urging Canadians in their words, report 'barbaric cultural practices.'

The ramped up Islamophobic rhetoric led to an attack on a pregnant Montreal woman by two teens who ripped her hijab off her head and knocked her to the ground..

Y'all know what to do then if you don't like it.  vote the Tory bastards out of power.  .

Honorable mention number two is Rupert Murdoch for his jacked up 'real Black president comment..
Yeah, I already put him on blast for it.

Honorable mention number three is a group one for Cosmopolitan magazine, for that jacked up 50th anniversary cover calling the Kardashians 'America's First Family'

Umm naw boo boo kitty, in case it slipped your minds, the last name of America's First Family since November 2008 is Obama and here's a photo of them..   They live at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave in Washington DC in that nice white house my ancestors built with their unpaid labor.

Honorable mention number four is Mike Huckabee, who has called for a boycott of all Frito-Lay snacks because they are 'anti-christian', but called the boycott of Chik Bigot Fil-A 'economic terrorism'.

Honorable mention number five is Raven-Symone for letting something else stupid come out of her mouth by saying  she wouldn't hire anyone with a 'ghetto name'

Oookay  Raven-Symone with a girlfriend named AzMarie.   You seriously need an intensive weekend visit from the D.R.O.P. Squad.

Honorable mention number six is Ben Carson for a week's worth of stupidity.   And yes peeps, he is now the front runner for the 2016 GOP presidential nomination.

This week's Shut Up Fool winner is Florida judge.Jerri Collins, who berated and sent to jail for three days on contempt of court charges back in July a domestic violence victim that failed to show in her courtroom to testify against her attacker because she was triggered by him.



Elections matter.  What do you expect from a judge appointed by Jeb Bush?   Bad news Seminole County, unless she is impeached, she's in that courtroom until 2021.

May karma be swift on this one, starting with this judge losing her Seminole County seat

And yeah, Judge Jerri Collins, shut up fool.

Shut Up Fool Awards- First Friday In October Edition

Another calendar page flips to October as 2015 rapidly comes to a close.  We are only 12 weeks from the start of 2016 and the end of this year.   So whatever you want to do in this last quarter of 2015, make it happen.

Speaking of making things happen, the 10th anniversary of the founding of TransGriot will be coming on January 1, so I need to figure out how I wish to celebrate that in the next few weeks.

One thing I'm thinking about is taking statements from you TransGriot readers expressing your thoughts in terms of how this blog has affected your lifesince its 2006 start.  I've heard from at least 5 people so far that have told me that reading some of the nearly 10K posts kept them from committing suicide.   Three more have told me that some posts inspired them to gt involved in activism, and countless others have told me while I'm out and about in the world that they love certain features like the Shut Up Fool Awards.

So let's get busy calling this week's fool, fools or group of fools out, shall we?

Honorable mention number one goes to every GL person STILL hating on Kim Davis, You already won big on marriage, so stop tripping about some two bit three block clerk when the big issue now is getting NATIONAL human rights coverage for the entire TBLGQ community.

Honorable mention number two is the NRA for their deafening silence concerning another college campus shooting.

Honorable mention number three is Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), who admitted what anyone paying attention already knew that the Benghazi committee and the one attacking Planned Parenthood was political theater..

Honorable mention number four is Ben Hall, who continues to pimp the lies and anti-trans attacks at every mayoral forum he gets to attend.

Honorable mention number five is Jeb Bush, who put foot in mouth with that racist 'Blacks want free stuff' line.

We sure do.  We want to `free-ly vote against your Republican azz.  #NoBushPOTUSThreepeat

This week's SUF winner is Friedel Kushman, whose ass couldn't say no to blackface, bragged about it on Facebook and has paid for her stupidity with her job.

And perusing her Facebook page has revealed her to be Rachael Dolezal on steroids.

White people, say no to Blackface.   Our culture is NOT  a costume for you to take on an off.  You white women have been lionized as the penultimate in beauty and fertility for the last four centuries, so why y'all keep hatin' on yourselves?

Shut Up Fool Awards-Fall's Here Edition

For those of us in the northern hemisphere, Wednesday naked the first day of the fall equinox, which was hard for us to tell in Houston because it hit 90 degrees for our high temp that day.

For my Aussie readers and everyone in the Southern Hemisphere, it was the first day of spring.

But eventually the temps will start cooling down in H-town as the days get shorter and I'm at the point I'm walking around in shorts on Christmas Day as y'all further north are freezing your azzes off.

It's Friday, so let's go straight to our usual TransGriot business and call out fools.

Honorable mention number one is WGN-TV in Chicago, that wished their viewers a happy Yom Kippur by posting a stock photo graphic of a Nazi holocaust star of David emblem  during a segment about the Jewish High Holiday.

Hope there is an opening in their graphics department after this inexcusable screw up.

Honorable mention number two is the Tom Joyner Morning Show for engaging in gleeful on air transphobia while discussing what happened to trans woman Shadi Petosky at the Orlando airport.

It isn't the first time that the TJMS has been guilty of on air transphobia, and they need to realize that some of the 11 million people who tune in to the TJMS are Black trans peeps,our allies and the people who love us and I said this after calling them out about that 2013 incident.


I like a good joke from time to time, enjoy some of the TJMS bits that happen on the show along with your commentators thought provoking commentary that sometimes inspires my TransGriot posts.  But belittling or joking about trans peoples lives doesn't help especially when we are struggling to gain human rights coverage and have our humanity respected. Honorable mention mention three is a group award for every conservafool who has attacked Pope Francis while he has been in the US telling the truth about them.  As Shepard Smith said on FOX Noise recently "Those angered by the pope's call for caring about the poor and the environment should consult a mirror."

Honorable mention number four is rapper Waka Flocka Flame, who let loose some transphobic comments during a recent radio interview.  What boo boo kitty, you mad because the local trans women won't give you the time of day?  You flapping your gums like you did won't help that situation.

Honorable mention number five is Kanye West, who opened his mouth and let something stupid fly out of it again by saying Ben Carson is 'brilliant'.

As a neurosurgeon, no doubt about it.  As a politician?  Hell naw.

Honorable mention number six is Minister Louis Farrakhan, who opened his mouth and made the comment that it was Jay Z's duty to make Beyonce cover up.

SMH.

This week's runaway SUF loser  winner is Martin Shkreli, the former hedge fund manager that runs Turing Pharmaceuticals.  He bought the rights to the 62 year old drug Daraprim and jacked up the price 4000% overnight on a lifesaving drug that treats parasitic infections for cancer and HIV/AIDS patients.

Until Turing Pharmaceuticals bought the rights to Daraprim, it cost $18 a pill.  The price was raised  to $750 a pill for one that he admitted in a Bloomberg interview costs $1 to make.

“We needed to turn a profit on the drug,” Shkreli said. “The companies before us were just giving it away… the price of a course of treatment to save your life was only $1000 and we know, these days, cancer drugs can cost $100,000 or more.”

 What was Shkreli's reaction when the outrage started?    "Daraprim is still underpriced relative to its peers."  

And it got worse from there PR wise.

Really? Greed it not good in this situation, you wannabee Gordon Gekko, and karma will kick you in the azz with her stilettos sooner and not later.

Shut Up Fool Awards-Moni's At #OOTH2015 Edition

I'm currently in Washington DC for the 2015 edition of the National Black Justice Coalition's OUT on the Hill Black LGBTQ/SGL Leadership Conference.   As you peruse this post I'm participating in a plenary entitled The Plight of Trans Women of Color In America.

As I like to point out, Black trans issues are Black community and Black LGBT issues, and we are addressing what is ailing Black Trans America right now.

And yeah, I know it's Friday, and I'm going to address what fool fools or group of fools need to be called out for their crimes against common sense, decency and critical thinking.

So let's get to this week's edition of the TransGriot Shut Up Fool Awards.

Honorable mention number one is CNN, for subjecting America to the three hours of mind-numbing idiocy called the GOP debates.

Honorable mention number two is to Kendall Baker, the faux faith based sexual harasser running for Houston City Council who continues to pimp the discredited trans predator lie.

Honorable mention number three is a group award for every surviving Republican candidate on that debate stage Wednesday night.

Honorable mention number four is Ben Carson, who addition to some jacked up comments he made on the campaign trail, earned a ;pants on fire; rating for some comments he made during the GOP debate on vaccines.

Honorable mention number five is Donald Trump who unlike John McCain in 2008, failed to confront a member of his audience claiming that President Obama is a Muslim.

This week's Shut Up fool winner is Jeb Bush      

In addition to Jeb making the laughable comment that British Prime Minster Margaret Thatcher should be placed on the $10 bill, he made the logic defying comment that  his brother , the worst president of my lifetime in GW Bush, `kept our country safe`.

Seriously?  Guess you forgot about 9-11, Katrina...

 Jeb, is there NO American woman that you hink should have her portrait on our currency? And they claim in GOP World you are smarter than Dubya.  

You haven`t demonstrated that so far.     Every time you open you mouth, you prove just how unfit you are to be POTUS.
