2011 UH Cougar Watch-Playing North Texas

The Cougars got off to a great start by outlasting UCLA 38-34, and now they take their high flying offensive show on the road to play North Texas.   They haven't cracked the AP or other collegiate football polls yet, but they are moving up the 'Others Getting Votes'.column.

In addition to getting votes, in the discussion over who will be invited to the Big XII-3 when the (or when they are allowed to) Aggies SECede, the chatter is increasingly in UH's favor, but the Orangebloods don't want that happening.

If the SEC really wanted to stick it to UT and make them and the Big XII pay for their lack of vision, they would invite the Cougars and prevent expansion by the Big XII inside the Houston city limits.

Anyway, first things first and back to focusing on UH Cougar football.   Coach K and the UH Cougar footballers need to handle their business trip to Denton and the BCS conference stuff will sort itself out

Eat 'em up!.
